At Atomic Treasures and Treats, we take pride in offering carefully curated vintage items and high-quality all-natural skincare and food products. Please review our shipping and return policy below to understand how we handle your orders.


Shipping Policy


Shipping Rates & Methods:


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the carrier selected and your delivery address. Rates are determined by current carrier pricing and may change without notice. By completing your purchase, you agree to these shipping costs.


We currently offer:


Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days


Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days


Express Shipping: 1-3 business days


Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Shipping is available to all U.S. states via USPS or another reliable carrier shown at checkout. We do not currently offer international shipping.


Order Processing:


All orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships. During high-demand periods, such as holidays, shipping may take longer. We will communicate any significant delays.


Shipping Liability and Damage:


Once your order is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving tracking updates or delivery. While we will do our best to assist, all claims are ultimately subject to carrier policies.


Shipping Address Accuracy and Unclaimed Packages:


It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because it was unclaimed, we can reship it at your expense. If you decline reshipment, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs, as shipping is non-refundable.


Shipping Restrictions:


Certain items may be restricted or prohibited by state or federal law. If we cannot fulfill your order due to these restrictions, you will be notified and issued a full refund, or offered local pickup where permissible.


Taxes:


Sales tax is charged according to Idaho state laws and based on the shipping destination.


Legal Compliance:


All shipments comply with U.S. Postal Service regulations, federal shipping laws, and Idaho’s Consumer Protection Act, ensuring transparency and fair delivery practices.


Return and Refund Policy


Vintage Items:


All vintage items are sold as-is, and may show age-related wear that adds to their character. This includes minor scratches, discoloration, or small defects. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these features. Refunds are not provided for normal vintage wear shown in descriptions or photos.


Refunds and Eligibility:

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item. Items must not have been purchased in-store, must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and receipts. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refunds are processed after we inspect the returned item, typically within 5-7 business days, and issued to your original payment method.


Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on:


~Skincare items (lotions, soaps, creams)


~Food items (candy, treats, etc.)


~Customized or personalized products


~Gift cards


~Sale or discounted items


Damaged or Defective Items:


If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos. We will evaluate and may issue a refund or replacement at our discretion. Damaged items may need to be returned to us.


Exchanges:


We do not offer direct exchanges. To replace an item, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order.


Shipping Fees:


Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item, you are responsible for return shipping fees. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.


Changes to This Policy:


We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted here and will apply to new orders placed after the update.
