Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Classes/Bookings We understand that life can be unpredictable! However, to ensure that we can serve all of our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance: Full refund or the option to reschedule your class/booking. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled class/booking: A 50% cancellation fee will apply, or you may choose to reschedule for a later date. Please notify us at your earliest convenience to minimize this fee. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued, and the full class/booking fee will be charged. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings in such cases. 2. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to availability and a 50% rescheduling fee. 3. Emergency Cancellations In case of a genuine emergency (e.g., illness, family emergency), we may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion. Please contact us immediately with a clear explanation, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. 4. Class No-Show Policy If you miss a class or appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged. We encourage you to notify us in advance if you can’t make it. 5. Exceptions We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in the case of extenuating circumstances or special arrangements. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns you may have. 6.
